What service is right for my child?

Great question! The short answer? It depends.

Some families seek 1:1 child life services for support with needle fears and injection or bloodwork support, preparation for procedures like surgery or dental work, education on illnesses that may be occurring in their life or family, preparation for a death of someone close to them, or a funeral.

Child Life Specialists cater all interventions to the unique needs of each child they're working with, with an emphasis on developmentally-appropriate language, play and emotional expression.
